All SUNYAC TEAM

Congratulations to Becky Hebert and Jaimie Warren for their post-season awards! Both Juniors were honored by the SUNYAC conference with awards. Hebert (Hilton) was tabbed to the second team ALL-SUNYAC team while Warren (Lakeview) was named as third team ALL-SUNYAC. A job well done! 

Saying Goodbye to our Seniors!

Playing in their final game this season are three seniors who have given their all and epitomize what being a Blue Devil is all about. We are proud to have had them in the Blue and White and they will be missed by their teammates, coaches and fans alike. Congratulation goes out to Jenna Austin (Pine Valley) Anna Riley (Messina) and Grace Moore (Fredonia).

Hebert Eclipses 1000 career points & Women Win

Junior Becky Hebert surpassed 1000 career points early in the first half on her way to scoring 28 points to lead the Fredonia State women to victory over Oswego. Congratulations Becky!

SUNYAC player of the week Jaimie Warren

Congratulations to Jaimie Warren on being named as player of the week in SUNYAC conference play. She had a monster weekend and helped the women to two victories allowing them to climb back into the playoff race. Jamie is a junior from Lakeview NY.

Dinner with the President

The team was invited by President Horvath to go to the "White House" and have a meal and a visit with Fredonia State's "First Lady." Upon their arrival, they were greeted by the president and given a VIP tour of the President's house.
Following the tour, the women, along with the men's team, got to share a wonderful meal. After dinner, both teams had an informal talk where the players and coaches got to share some information about themselves to a very interested audience. It was a terrific night and the team wishes to thank President Horvath for her wonderful and warm hospitality.

Alumni Game

This years women's alumni game will be held at NOON on February 2nd. The women and men entertain Oswego that day at 2pm and 4 pm respectively. The men's alumni game will follow the women at approximately 1 pm. There will be light refreshments for the women after the alumni game which will be held in Dods hall.

Special Guest at Hilbert

The Women's basketball team was lead out onto the floor in Friday night's contest @ Hilbert by a very special guest. Danielle Palisin, daughter of Fredonia State baseball coach Matt Palisin, wore her favorite jersey helped to bring the Blue Devils onto the floor and helped to lead them to a non-conference victory. The entire Palisin family was there to help support the Women. Way to go Danielle!
